How to Use Your
Wholesale Account

Everything you need to know to get the most from your Doghouse wholesale partnership.

Signing In to Your Account

Your wholesale account is separate from a regular Doghouse customer account. You must sign in through the Wholesale Portal to access trade pricing and features.

Always sign in via the Wholesale Portal

Visit /pages/wholesale-portal and use the Partner Sign In form.

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot password" on the sign in form. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address.

New to your account?

Your login credentials were sent by email when your account was approved. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

Browsing the Wholesale Collection

Once signed in, you'll have full access to our dedicated wholesale collection. This shows all products available at trade pricing, including items not available on the public store.

Filter by category

Use the collection filters to narrow down by product type, size, or brand.

Wholesale exclusives

Look for the "Wholesale Only" badge on products available exclusively to trade partners.

Save your favourites

Create a wishlist of your most frequently ordered lines for quicker reorders.

Check stock levels

Product pages show real-time stock availability so you can plan your orders confidently.

Your Trade Pricing

Your exclusive wholesale prices are applied automatically when you're signed in. You'll never need to enter a discount code — your pricing tier is linked directly to your account.

Automatic discounts
Trade prices are applied instantly on sign in — no codes needed.
Prices shown ex-VAT
All wholesale prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
Volume discounts
Additional savings unlock automatically when your order meets volume thresholds.
Pricing queries
If something doesn't look right, contact your account manager directly.
Wholesale prices are only visible when signed in. If you see standard retail prices, please sign out and sign back in via the Wholesale Portal.

Placing Your Order

Ordering is straightforward — browse, add to cart, and checkout. Here's what to expect at each stage.

Add products to your basket

Select your sizes and quantities, then click "Add to Cart". Use the quantity field to enter larger trade quantities.

Review your cart

Check your trade prices and quantities in the cart. Wholesale prices and any volume discounts will be clearly displayed.

Checkout

Proceed to checkout. Your delivery address and payment details from your account will be pre-filled for faster ordering.

Order confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Keep this for your records.

Tracking & Managing Orders

All your orders are stored in your account for easy access. You can check dispatch status, download invoices, and reorder with a single click.

Order history

View all past orders in your account page with full itemised details.

Delivery tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Download invoices

VAT invoices are available to download from your order history at any time.

Quick reorder

Repeat a previous order in one click from your order history — ideal for your regular lines.

Frequently Asked Questions

This usually means you're not signed in to your wholesale account, or you've signed in with a regular Doghouse account rather than your trade account. Go to the Wholesale Portal, sign out fully, then sign back in with your wholesale credentials.

Yes — contact your account manager directly by email at wholesale@doghouse.co.uk and they will process your order manually. Please include product names, SKUs, and quantities where possible.

Minimum order values vary by account tier. Check your welcome email for your specific terms, or contact us if you're unsure. Volume discount thresholds are also noted in your account documentation.

Standard wholesale delivery is typically 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day where stock is available. Express delivery options are available at checkout for urgent orders.

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, contact us within 7 days of receipt. For further details please refer to your wholesale terms and conditions.

You can update your delivery addresses and contact details from your account page. For changes to your business or billing information, please contact your account manager.
