Welcome to the Doghouse Loyalty Programme.
What is the Doghouse Loyalty Programme?
It’s our way of saying a grrreat big thank you for supporting us! As a member of the Doghouse pack you will receive 5% cashback on all spending in-store and online, to spend on future purchases. So, for example, if you spend £100 you will earn £5 credit.
When you sign up you can choose between a digital loyalty card to add to your Apple wallet or a good old-fashioned eco-plastic Loyalty card to use in-store. Our Loyalty programme works across both online and instore purchases so that whichever way you choose to shop with us you will earn credit.
Loyalty credit will be earned on any purchase except gift vouchers.

As a member of the Doghouse Pack you will also get to join our wonderful dog loving community, early access to new product launches, exclusive invitations to Doghouse Events and extra special offers just for pack members.
Q How do I apply the credit to my account?
Once you sign up, you can download a digital loyalty card to your Apple Wallet that can be used at the checkout in-store so that the credit you earn will be in your account ready to spend on your next visit. If you shop online you simply need to log into your account and any purchases you make will be automatically credited to your account.
Q Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Nope, there’s no limit. You will always earn 5% of your total order value less any credit or discounts that have been applied, so basically the more you spend the more credit you earn. The only time loyalty credit is not earned is when you buy gift vouchers or gift cards.
Q How quickly will my credit balance update?
It can take up to 24 hours for your credit balance to update after making a new purchase, credit for online purchases is applied once your order has been shipped.
Q How do I view my credit balance?
The credit balance on your account can be viewed by logging into your account through our website.
Q Does my credit expire?
Any credit that has not been redeemed will have a 12 month expiry period from your last purchase. So as long as you keep spending, you’ll keep saving and we’ll always give you a nudge before your credit expires to remind you to use it.
Q Can I save up my credit?
You can indeed, you can save credit for up to 12 months. So if you want to save for extra Christmas treats, you can!
Q How do I redeem my credit?
You can apply any credit you have earned during the checkout process online or instore on your next order or you can save it for a future purchase.
Loyalty credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used when making a new purchase online or in store.
Q Can I combine my loyalty credit with discounts?
Yes, your loyalty credit acts like any other form of payment, and can be used with promotional codes. However you’ll only earn credit on the amount you actually pay for the order less any credit or discount applied.
Q Can I combine loyalty credit with Gift Vouchers?
Absolutely, and while you won’t earn credit when buying Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers, you (or the lucky recipient) will earn credit when you use them.
Q Do I get my loyalty credit back if I return my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase then we’ll refund any loyalty credit used on those items back into your account. The amount remaining will then be refunded to you via your original payment method.
If you also used a discount code, the discount applied will also be deducted before refunding. Your credit balance will also change to deduct any loyalty credit earned on that purchase.
