Orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with full end-to-end tracking details and a faster dispatch time.
Next day orders must be placed before 12pm for delivery the day after. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday.

A grrreat free option if you're local. Orders normally ready for collection within 24 hours. Available from our Bradford on Avon store and our Holt workshop. If you'd like to collect from our Clifton shop, simply get in touch 01225 864767.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to most countries. Please enter the destination country at checkout and it will notify you if we ship to your country. Orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on the destination with full end-to-end tracking.

Please click here and make an account with us. That’s it! You’re now enrolled. Collect canine credits by spending with us and receive 2% cashback on all spending. You can find any available vouchers in My Account for spending online. Alternatively simply state your email in-store to collect points and claim.
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. Our Standard Delivery is £4.95 or free when you spend over £40. Next Day Delivery is £8.95.
International delivery is dependent on where you live - please enter your address at checkout to calculate your postage.
We expect all Standard Delivery items to arrive within 5 days but most will arrive in 2-3 days. We expect all Next Day Delivery items to arrive within 1-3 days.
Our delivery cut off time is 12pm Monday - Friday. Please note all orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday as we do not dispatch parcels on the weekend.
Yes, all orders receive a tracking number emailed to the email address that you ordered with. You can also check your order status in the My Accounts section of our website.
